To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality as: Second-Level-Support Customer Service Employee PoE (all) «We can do everything – except be boring» These exciting tasks await you: You receive and process customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail, or via other defined contact channels. You analyze complex customer inquiries and complaints in 2nd Level Support with a solution-oriented approach and find suitable answers. When dealing with problems, you proceed in a structured manner and initiate suitable measures for sustainable finding of solutions. You provide technical guidance for demanding cases in 1st Level Support and assist in finding solutions. For clarifications, you coordinate with internal interfaces such as technology, service planning, sales, logistics, or billing. You carefully document customer cases, solutions, and follow-up activities in the relevant systems. You recognize recurring problems at an early stage and actively participate in process and quality improvements. You continuously maintain and further develop knowledge articles, checklists, and internal aids. This is how you convince us: You have completed commercial, technical, or comparable training. Experience in customer service, technical support, or in a service-oriented function distinguishes you. Good product, process, and system knowledge are an advantage; alternatively, you are motivated to acquire these quickly. You are confident in handling ERP/CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical skills as well as a structured way of working are among your strengths. You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English – both orally and in writing.
