Mandate Manager / Clerk (m/f/d) | Insurance Fiduciary Division

Your tasks – versatile, responsible, and with development perspectives

• Independent support and advice for SME, entrepreneur, and private clients
• Analysis of risks and development of individual insurance and coverage solutions
• Execution of tenders, offer comparisons, new placements, and renewals
• Negotiations with insurance companies regarding coverage, conditions, and special solutions
• Active support of our customers in the event of a claim – from reporting to resolution
• Ongoing analysis of insurers, products, and new market offerings
• Co-design and further development of our brokerage organization, processes, and digital workflows
• Contributing own ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience
• Participation in training, knowledge transfer, and professional development within the team
• Support in expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new mandates
• Support and training of our apprentices

Your profile

• Commercial basic training, ideally in the insurance industry
• Experience in insurance back office, brokerage business, or insurance field service is an advantage
• Good knowledge in the insurance sector – ideally in property, liability, person, or other corporate insurance
• Further training in the insurance sector (e.g., VBV, insurance intermediary or insurance specialist certificate) is an advantage – or the willingness to undergo corresponding further training
• Enjoyment of customer contact, consulting, and developing suitable insurance solutions
• Confident and professional appearance towards customers and insurance companies
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Ability to recognize connections, think ahead, and take responsibility
• Very good German skills as well as good IT user knowledge
