Jurist Unemployment Insurance (m/f/d)

• Processing of demanding legal issues regarding employability and the reasonableness of work and pre-registration of short-time work and bad weather compensation
• Processing of complex objections against orders and decisions of the unemployment insurance
• Representation of the unemployment insurance in appeal proceedings before the insurance court
• Support of the Head of KAST in AVIG enforcement
• Processing of official and legal assistance requests as well as answering data protection and file inspection requests
• Conducting of supervisory proceedings
• Participation in internal training of employees of the unemployment insurance
• Completed university degree in the field of law (MLaw,
• Professional experience in procedural law; preferably experience in public administration with a focus on social insurance law
• Interest in political and economic events
• High level of commitment, resilience and efficient way of working
• Independent activity and creative freedom within the function
