We accompany managers and employees in all personnel matters and continuously develop our HR work. Januar 2027 or by arrangement HR Partner / HR Partner In this exciting job * you are the central HR contact person and sparring partner for the managers of your assigned areas * you accompany and advise managers and employees along the entire HR Life Cycle * you support demanding personnel issues, leadership topics, and change processes * you accompany recruitments of specialists and managers together with the line management and our Recruiting * you provide competent advice on personnel and labor law issues * you support your areas in personnel planning, organizational development, performance appraisal, and other HR topics * you recognize developments and the need for action at an early stage and contribute with concrete solution approaches * you work closely with HR Services, Recruiting, Personnel Development, and other HR specialist departments * you implement personnel policy, personnel strategy, and HR regulations in your areas * you participate in HR projects as well as in the further development and standardization of our HR processes You are successful here * with recognized further training in HR, for example a Federal Diploma of Higher Education or a comparable qualification at FH level * with several years of sound experience in a consulting HR function * with good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law * due to your independent, structured, and responsible way of working * with strong communication and advisory competence, empathy, and the necessary assertiveness * if you approach changes openly, recognize connections quickly, and like to actively help shape things * and last but not least with a good dose of composure and humor How you benefit Questions or concerns?
