What you can achieve

Our IT landscape is as diverse as our company. At our six locations, employees from administration, sales, workshop, and body shop work with very different software solutions, systems, and devices. These include classic office workstations as well as specialized applications, mobile devices, peripheral devices, and our telephony.

It is precisely this diversity that makes your daily work varied – because with us, no support case is like the other.

• Together with your team colleagues, you are the first point of contact for our employees regarding IT and telephony matters and provide competent first- and second-level support.
• You record malfunctions and inquiries, analyze the situation, and find suitable solutions independently.
• You support our employees in their daily work with hardware and software and ensure that they can use their systems reliably.
• You install, configure, and maintain workstations, end devices, peripheral devices, and other IT components.
• For more complex issues, you coordinate our external IT partners, accompany the solution-finding process, and maintain an overview until the problem is solved.
• You recognize recurring problems and potential for improvement and actively contribute your ideas to optimize our IT landscape.
• You enjoy being on the go and appreciate variety: your activity leads you regularly to our locations in Langenthal, Lyssach, Thörigen, and Niederbipp, as well as to other locations of our company if required.

What you bring

• You have training in the field of informatics and ideally professional experience in first and/or second-level support.
• You bring good knowledge in dealing with Microsoft technologies and common IT infrastructures.
• Knowledge in the field of telephony (3CX) as well as experience with the support of end devices, peripheral devices, and networks are an advantage.
• You can explain technical contexts understandably and enjoy helping employees with their daily IT challenges.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, like to think outside the box, and find a way even when the solution is not obvious at first glance.
• You take on responsibility, work independently, and tackle things. In short: you have a pronounced "hands-on" mentality.
• You are reliable, communicative, and maintain an overview even with several simultaneous requests.
• You enjoy working in an environment where not every day looks the same and different people, departments, systems, and challenges come together.
• You inspire through your skill, your curiosity, and your passion for IT.
• You possess a driving license Cat. B.
