What you achieve

• You care for and support our postpartum women and newborns in all three shifts together with apprentices in healthcare and students in HF-nursing and FH-midwifery.
• You coach and qualify the apprentices and students during their assignment.
• In doing so, you carry out the nursing process according to the latest findings.
• You are committed to the continuous optimization of nursing processes.
• You ensure nursing quality through the implementation of the respective standards.
• You support and accompany the vocational trainers as well as the daily reference person of the department in training matters and are co-responsible for the training quality in the department.
• As a member of the extended management team, you support and advise the department management on questions of vocational training.

What distinguishes you

• You are a certified Nursing Specialist (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) and bring experience in the care and support of postpartum women and newborns.
• Ideally, you already possess the SVEB-I certificate or are willing to acquire it in the course of time.
• You coordinate the training tasks efficiently and with the necessary organizational skill.
• You bring good IT skills to competently support the apprentices and students in the digital training everyday life.
