• Technical or commercial training as well as experience in customer service, internal sales service, quality management, or claims management
• Several years of professional experience in customer service or claims management
• Understanding of quality, logistics, and production processes
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Analytical skills and pleasure in analyzing causes
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication skills as well as a sense of persuasion
• Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of French; proficiency in English is an asset
