We are looking for a cook / sushiman / commis, for our restaurant in Morges. Leader in the japanese quick service catering in delivery, take away and on site, Sushi Shop owns more than 100 restaurants mostly over Europe. We are looking to hire a Cook / Sushiman / Commis, for our restaurant located in Morges Cook / sushiman - Morges Your mission: - Reception and storage of goods; - Disinfection of fruits & vegetables; - Performing fish cutting; - Preparation of rice, soups, salads, makis, sushis and others; - Preparation & fulfillment of orders taking delivery times into account; - Maintaining traceability - Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) - Monitoring of stocks, inventories and orders Profiles sought: Motivated / Serious / Experience as commis / Swiss or foreign nationality with a valid work permit or European passport Start date: as soon as possible Please kindly attach a cover letter, a CV, copies of all work certificates as well as the work permit if applicable.
