As a reinforcement for our HR and finance department, we are looking for a Team Leader Payroll / Time Management 100% Your tasks: Controlling the monthly payroll processing for all companies, including annual closures, payroll certificates, and legally compliant processing. Ensuring the correct application of social insurance, withholding tax, BVG, GAV, and internal guidelines and KPIs. Technical responsibility (Lead) for SwissSalary and MS Dynamics F&O, including parameterization, master data maintenance, automation, and collaboration with IT partners. Recruitment, management, coaching, and development of the payroll team, as well as ensuring stable processes and clear responsibilities. Standardization of group-wide payroll processes, establishment of SLAs/KPIs, and ensuring smooth interfaces with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders. Advising and sparring with management and HR on all payroll-related issues. Creating and developing payroll reports, analyses, and key figures for management, as well as ensuring transparency and data quality. Responsibility for compliance with governance guidelines, internal controls, and legal requirements. Contact person for authorities, social insurance, and auditing firms, as well as accompanying audits (AHV, withholding tax, etc.). Group-wide introduction, harmonization, and development of the time recording system «TimeAs» including training, support, guidelines, and master data quality. Responsibility for the stable integration of TimeAs - SwissSalary, error analysis, optimization initiatives, and continuous increase in the degree of automation. Leadership and implementation of payroll and HRIS projects, including continuous process optimization. Your profile: In-depth experience in payroll for a medium to large corporate group, including year-end processing and handling of complex payroll systems. Comprehensive expertise in social insurance, withholding tax, BVG, GAV, and other regulatory requirements. Expertise in SwissSalary, HRM systems, and MS Dynamics F&O or comparable HR/payroll systems; high affinity for digitization and automation. Leadership skills in building, developing, and motivating a payroll team. Proven experience in standardizing processes and building a Shared Service Center or comparable service models. Experience in managing time recording systems and ensuring high data and process quality. Distinct skills in interface management, structured work, high service orientation, and sovereign communication with various stakeholders. German at native language level, very good knowledge of English (C1); any additional language is an advantage.
