The Facility Management | Internal Services department provides services within the HR department of the City of Zürich. Our reception team is the first point of contact for visitors and employees and thus the business card of our department. For the reception at the headquarters on Gotthardstrasse 61 in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced personality as of 1. October 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks  You are on site at the reception during the presence times from 08.00-12.00 and 13.30-17.00 (Fridays until 16.00) and perform a hub function for various concerns within and outside of HRZ.  You welcome and care for internal and external customers by phone and at the reception.  You are responsible for managing internal mail, all office supplies, and are in charge of key distribution.  You coordinate sensitive work with the janitorial staff, are responsible for organizing the internal cafeteria, and support the care of HMS trainees.  You perform administrative tasks and work in the internal security team.
