The Hôpital du Valais is looking for the Centre Hospitalier du Valais Romand and its diagnostic and interventional imaging department for a: TRM CT Modality Referent at 80-100% Location Centre Hospitalier du Valais romand / SION Sector Medico-technical Occupancy rate 80% - 100% Application deadline Requirements Your mission: Guarantee the proper functioning of the modality as well as the quality, safety and continuity of care. Master the associated equipment and techniques: acquisition, post-processing and specific examinations. Act as the technical respondent for the modality with the teams and concerned partners. Ensure continuous training, support and upgrading of the Develop, update and harmonize protocols in collaboration with the medical staff and the institutional physicist, in compliance with the diagnostic reference levels (DRL) of the OFSP. Analyze dosimetric data and define axes for improvement and training in radiation protection in concert with the hierarchical line. Ensure the daily operational coordination of the team. Follow technological evolutions and maintain professional knowledge up to date. Contribute to the optimization of billing according to the current pricing and the services performed. Your profile: Hold a diploma as a medical radiology technician (TRM) or an equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. Demonstrate at least two years of professional experience in the field of CT scanning. Master the radiological equipment, tools and techniques used in the relevant sector. Demonstrate a strong interest in continuous training, the transmission of knowledge and the support of teams. Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, rigor and solid organizational skills. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a developed sense of collaboration. Get actively involved in the analysis and resolution of problems, with an ability to prevent and manage conflict situations. Be capable of developing, leading and coordinating cross-functional projects on the scale of the CHVR radiology department. Experience in project management would be an asset.
