Chef de partie

The employer is looking for two:

Chef de partie - Seven Toc Toc (reported profession)

Tasks:

• organization of one's own station
• production and control of the mise en place
• maintenance and control of HACCP standards
• delicate processing of food supplies, respect for costs
• preparation and control of dishes
• taking delivery, control and storage of food supplies
• control of the quality of food supplies
• correct and precise implementation of recipes and instructions from superiors
• independently taking care of daily cleaning and small maintenance tasks
• if necessary, flexibility to work in the other locations of the Seven Group

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• owner of a vehicle

Employment details:

• workplace Ascona
• occupation from 30 - 100%
• employment from immediately, fixed-term until 31.10.2026
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
