Clerk Purchasing & Warehouse Management HLKS - Filtration Technology (100 %)

Tasks:

• In this versatile hub function, you will ensure that materials, deadlines, and stock levels are correct and that the project and assembly teams are optimally supported at all times.
• Purchasing: Independent procurement of HVAC materials, filtration technology, and other building technology components
• Supplier management: Obtaining and comparing offers as well as conducting price and condition negotiations
• Deadline monitoring: Ensuring timely material availability and tracking open orders
• Warehouse management: Responsibility for the internal warehouse including stock control, reordering, and inventory
• Goods receipt and issue: Checking incoming deliveries, recording them in the ERP system, and providing material for assembly
• Coordination: Close cooperation with project managers, suppliers, and assembly personnel

Profile:

• You know the world of building technology and know how important functioning material procurement and warehouse organization are for successful projects.
• Completed technical training in the field of mechanical engineering, HLKS, or building technology
• Alternatively, a commercial basic training with sound technical understanding and experience in building technology
• Professional experience in purchasing, material procurement, or warehouse management, ideally within the HVAC/building technology or construction industry
• Good user knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with a common ERP system
• Organizational talent, negotiation skills, and an independent, reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of a versatile function with a lot of personal responsibility
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
