• Planning and implementation of campaigns for guest retention – e.g., e-mail, SMS, or postal actions as well as playful (gamification) elements.
• Responsibility for the planning, implementation, and coordination of cross-departmental marketing campaigns
• Analysis and optimization of the campaigns, incl. A/B tests and control groups, to find out what works best.
• *Maintenance and further development of our loyalty program as well as our rewards shop – with the goal of actively motivating our guests to redeem their points.
• Creation of regular reports and evaluations to keep an eye on the most important key figures and to measure goal achievement.
• Ensuring a clean and data protection-compliant process, incl. maintenance of the CRM processes and submission of free offers or promotions to authorities.

Our Rules of the Game

• Degree in the field of marketing, communication, or online marketing, ideally with further training in CRM or data analysis.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in CRM, direct marketing, or a digital marketing environment.
• Very good German skills (native language) and English skills at a good level, as well as a confident sense of language for written communication.
• Flair for numbers and analytical thinking, combined with a structured and quality-conscious way of working.
• High level of initiative, technological curiosity, and enjoyment of innovative solutions, paired with team spirit, reliability, and customer orientation.
