Job Description

In this function, you will work in a six-person kitchen brigade and take responsibility for various stations within the kitchen. Depending on experience, you will particularly support the saucier or entremetier station and actively contribute to a smooth workflow in daily kitchen operations. You will actively contribute to the team and ensure a constantly high quality of food. You implement hygiene and safety standards consistently. On peak days, up to 600 meals as well as apéros are produced.

Desired Profile

You have completed training as a Cook EBA or EFZ and ideally already bring several years of professional experience. Experience in contract catering is an advantage.

You work cleanly, in a structured and reliable manner, and feel comfortable in a professional kitchen environment. Teamwork, resilience, and a strong sense of quality characterize you. Good German language skills are required.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 06h00 - 15h00 on average, Saturday and Sunday free.
