Your area of responsibility: * Responsibility for personnel development as well as for vocational training within the company in close cooperation with the vocational and practical trainers * Management and accompaniment of projects as well as change management measures for the introduction and optimization of modern HR instruments * Support and further development of the existing HR development systems * Implementation of personnel development measures such as workshops, e-learning as well as talent and mentoring programs, certificate tool etc. * Controlling of educational and development activities (success controls, transfer security of learning content into everyday work, KPIs) * Evaluation and implementation of a Learning Management System * Organization and moderation of workshops and internal further training * Accompaniment and advice of employees in matters of personnel development * Determination of training and further training needs as well as conception, planning and implementation of corresponding development programs * Advice and support of managers as well as HR Business Partners in all matters of personnel development and vocational training * Construction and further development of a systematic succession planning together with the line managers and the HR team Your profile: * Further training in the field of HR at the level of Federal Diploma of Higher Education, studies or comparable * Several years of experience in the HR environment and in the education sector * Leadership experience desired * Experience in personnel development as well as in the education sector * Strong project management competence as well as confident moderation skills * Further training in project management an advantage * Strong conceptual, communicative and organizational skills * Very good German and French skills mandatory * Networked, entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to recognize interfaces * Interest in digital HR tools as well as their further development * Independent, analytical and precise way of working * Willingness to travel within the company's catchment area (driver's license and own car) A responsible, varied activity in a social environment awaits you.
