YOUR TASKS personal and competent customer support via e-mail, telephone, shop system or also in personal conversation individual advice for our customers regarding print products, materials and finishing creation and maintenance of offers, coordination of special inquiries as well as holistic order processing from order to delivery support with returns, complaints and credit notes checking and optimization of customer data for printing support of our webshop: maintenance of customer and product files, support in the further development of the shop interface to media pre-press, production and IT.
