Berne \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Lead the Army Social Service (SSA) on organizational, financial, and personnel levels • Implement quality requirements, identify and plan future SSA tasks, as well as develop concepts, bases, and guidelines for military personnel • Apply social and financial guidelines as well as direct and monitor accounting and allocated financial funds • Plan the recruitment of militia social workers and promote their initial and continuing training • Prepare periodic reports and present briefings on the SSA during military courses and civil reports • Conduct negotiations with military and civil authorities and advise commanders on social issues <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree (master's or EMBA, for example in social work, social sciences or sociology) accompanied by professional experience related to the function • Experience in administration, particularly in the field of finance and management control; good knowledge of financial accounting is an asset • Strong personal and social skills, interest and ease in relations with command authorities • Good communication and teamwork skills, negotiation skills and the ability to assert oneself • Military training or willingness to undergo it; ideally, a staff officer function within the army • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a few words Army Personnel accompanies military personnel, from recruitment to the discharge from military obligations.
