Your tasks ##

• You are responsible for the personnel, professional, and financial management as well as the further development of the St. Gallen branch (35 MA)
• You ensure personnel planning and recruitment as well as employee promotion and development
• You have overall responsibility for market-conform management of the entire real estate portfolio as well as for the implementation of the customer strategy
• You acquire new mandates and proactively maintain your customer contacts
• You design, control, and accompany transformation processes
• You promote cross-departmental cooperation and optimize service delivery processes
• As a role model, you create a good climate characterized by openness, dialogue, customer orientation, as well as shared success and sense of responsibility
• You create concepts, analyses, and reportings and participate in branch-transcending large-scale projects

Your profile ##

• You have a higher education qualification in the field of real estate, business administration, or a similar advanced training
• You have many years of professional experience in real estate management or in a similar function
• You think and act entrepreneurially and convince with your goal orientation and your quality awareness
• You have a track record in the successful implementation and accompaniment of transformation processes
• You lead your team with empathy, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness
• You enjoy helping to shape Livit and win with your solution approaches and your power of persuasion
