Responsibility In this challenging and versatile function, you have overall responsibility for the operational and conceptual development of HR with a focus on personnel administration, payroll, HR processes, HR governance, and organizational issues. You support the management in personnel and organization-related issues and prepare the necessary decision-making bases for the management and the board of directors. You ensure reliable, efficient, and timely HR services and lead the existing HR team in the areas of payroll & personnel administration as well as recruiting & people, and ensure clear role distribution and good cooperation. Area of responsibility In this challenging and versatile function, you are responsible for the following tasks, among others: • Strategy and HR governance: Responsibility for the further development of the personnel strategy based on the company strategy as well as for central HR governance topics. • HR processes and digitalization: Further development and standardization of central and strategic HR processes and HR projects with a focus on digitalization, automation, and the targeted use of AI. • HR personnel administration and payroll: Control and ensuring professional personnel administration and payroll processing, including year-end processing, annual salary and bonus rounds, as well as operational support in this area. • HR control and compensation: Responsibility for selected HR and organizational tasks, in particular the development or further development of compensation models, the creation of meaningful HR key figures, and the use of predictive analytics to support the personnel strategy. • Organizational and employee development: Planning and design of organizational and employee development at all levels, including workforce planning, skill analytics, and strategic leadership development. Requirements To arouse our interest, you bring several years of leadership experience in a comparable HR all-rounder function, ideally in a SME environment, as well as at least five years of operational experience in HR administration and payroll in Switzerland. This is supplemented by in-depth knowledge of labor and social insurance law and experience in the further development of HR processes and the implementation of HR projects. You have the ability to prepare decision-making bases clearly, structured, and tailored to the target group. Experience in the banking, finance, and insurance environment is an advantage, as is experience with HR system introductions or in the digitalization of HR processes. As education, you bring a business studies degree (FH/University) with HR specialization or in-depth HR training, e.g., HR specialist or HR manager with a federal certificate of proficiency, supplemented by business management further education and relevant additional qualifications in HR management, e.g., social insurance, payroll, or labor law. Very good MS Office skills, in particular Word/Excel, as well as good Abacus skills and proven digitalization affinity are prerequisites for this position. Your mother tongue is German, and you have very good English skills in writing and speaking. As a person, you are strategically thinking and at the same time implementation-strong with a high operational willingness. You are down-to-earth and reliable and have a structured, precise, and forward-looking way of working.
