We design, develop and manufacture centrifugal pumps and membrane control valves for the highest demands, which we supply to the industry, the chemical industry and the wastewater sector. For the reinforcement of our customer service team in Wangen (SZ), we are looking for a motivated skilled worker as Kundendiensttechniker/in - 100 % ## Tasks: • Maintenance, installation, commissioning and repair of pumps as well as general service work at the customer's site in Switzerland • Conducting technical training for customers on site and new employees • Creation of deployment reports and technical documentation after work on site • Repairs, overhauls and general service work at our location • Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in technical problems • Feedback on quality problems that have occurred at the customer's site for the continuous improvement of our products • Frequent business trips within Switzerland; occasional deployments abroad (max. 15 %) • Active promotion of our company image and our service offerings to customers • Ongoing further education in cooperation with the supervisor, in particular on new technical solutions Profile and competencies: • Completed vocational training as a mechanic EFZ or equivalent degree • At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service are an advantage • Good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (B2); further languages are an advantage • Secure and professional handling of customers, partners, suppliers and internal contacts • Independent, reliable and flexible working method as well as openness to new tasks • Strong customer and service orientation • Good ability to prioritize tasks and deal with urgent matters • A residence permit according to Art. 15 NIV is a big plus • Driver's license category B - category E (trailer) is an advantage • Secure handling of IT systems If we have aroused your interest, we look forward to receiving your complete application documents (cover letter, curriculum vitae, diplomas and employment certificates) via JobUp.
