We design, develop and manufacture centrifugal pumps and membrane control valves for the highest demands, which we supply to industry, the chemical industry and the wastewater sector. To strengthen our customer service team in Wangen (SZ), we are looking for a motivated specialist as Customer Service Technician – 100 % Tasks: Maintenance, installation, commissioning and repair of pumps as well as general service work at the customer's site in Switzerland Conducting technical training for customers on site and new employees Creating mission reports and technical documentation after work on site Repairs, overhauls and general service work at our location Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in case of technical problems Feedback on quality problems that occur at the customer's site for continuous improvement of our products Frequent business trips within Switzerland; occasional deployments abroad (max. 15 %) Active promotion of our company image and service offerings to customers Ongoing further education in cooperation with the supervisor, in particular on new technical solutions Profile and competencies: Completed vocational training as a mechanic EFZ or equivalent degree At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service are an advantage Good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good knowledge of English (B2); further languages are an advantage Secure and professional handling of customers, partners, suppliers and internal contacts Independent, reliable and flexible working method as well as openness to new tasks Strong customer and service orientation Good ability to prioritize tasks and handle urgencies A residence permit according to Art. 15 NIV is a great plus Driver's license category B - category E (trailer) is an advantage Secure handling of IT systems If we have sparked your interest, we look forward to receiving your complete application documents (motivation letter, CV, diplomas and work certificates) via JobUp.
