We are looking for an experienced individual as a Workforce Operations Business Analyst (a) who will drive the further development of our workforce control capabilities in Europe, standardize operational metrics and reporting structures, and contribute to the sustainable improvement of performance, transparency, and compliance through data-based analyses, governance, and system optimizations. Your responsibilities ## • Participation in the Workforce Operations CoE as well as ensuring the cross-border alignment of workforce control principles, governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting standards. Further development of the workforce control and operating model. • Development, standardization, and consolidation of operational KPI frameworks. Responsibility for management reporting for Immigration Europe including analysis of performance, trends, risks, and recommendations for action. • Analysis of workforce-relevant data (e.g., utilization, productivity, absences, staffing levels) as well as support for forecasting and planning processes to optimize efficiency and cost control. • Ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity as well as supporting compliance with legal and internal requirements in cooperation with HR, Payroll, and stakeholders. • Responsibility for the workforce operations system landscape including translating operational requirements into system and process improvements, coordination of optimizations, as well as advising executives, HR, and planners. • Continuously adapting system parameterization to changing business requirements. Your profile ## • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable course of study • Ideally a recognized certification in the field of Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP or CCBA) • Several years of professional experience (approx. 6-7 years) in a comparable position, preferably in a larger company • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, especially in dealing with complex functions and macros • Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form We offer you a responsible and versatile role in an international environment in which you will actively contribute to the further development of data-driven Workforce Operations in Europe.
