Does the thought of personally supporting customers with motor vehicle damage and quickly providing security motivate you? Would you like to find pragmatic solutions together with the vehicle expert team at the Help Point and actively manage the claims process on-site?

In this role, you are part of the Claims business unit at the Help Point, Wankdorf, BE at Zurich Schweiz. As a claims specialist, you are the first point of contact for customers with motor vehicle damage and, together with the vehicle expert team, you ensure rapid, uncomplicated solutions. You process claims independently, initiate immediate measures, and ensure a smooth process on-site - if necessary, also at other locations.

What awaits you

• You receive claim reports by telephone and are the first point of contact for our customers
• You organize and coordinate immediate measures to ensure fast and effective solutions
• You independently process claim cases in the motor vehicle, private liability, and household insurance sectors and ensure a high service quality
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best possible results for our customers
• You contribute actively to the optimization of our processes and to the further development of the claims center

What distinguishes you

• Commercial or equivalent training as well as several years of commercial professional experience, ideally in the insurance industry
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German, any additional language is an advantage
• Resilient and solution-oriented personality with a strong customer and team orientation
• Efficient and proactive way of working characterized by a high level of personal responsibility
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and working in a dynamic team
