Your area of responsibility

• As the first point of contact for our customers, you ensure availability via telephone, e-mail and ticketing system
• Recording, categorizing and further processing of requests and tickets
• Resolving fault and problem cases in 1st Level Support (Remote)
• Monitoring of incident and service request processes
• Creating offers, receiving orders as well as purchasing devices and materials.
• Creating and evaluating statistics and reportings
• You actively build up relevant knowledge and expand knowledge management, instructions and checklists

You bring with you

• Completed commercial basic training
• Confident German and English and French is an advantage
• You are proficient in using Microsoft 365 applications and are curious about further tools.
• As an organizational talent and team player, you remain calm even in hectic moments, keep an overview and show flexibility.
• You are characterized by a precise way of working and a strong service orientation.
• Initiative, independence and the ability to find efficient solutions are a matter of course for you.
