The insurance business in Property & Casualty (P&C) is becoming increasingly dynamic and is changing strongly in the AI transformation. For this reason, we are constantly rethinking our approach to data, technology and processes. For this task, we are looking for a new Head Data & Analytics P&C (all genders).

What awaits you

• You lead a team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists and are committed to their personal as well as the development of the team. Together, you will make a significant contribution to achieving the goals in the P&C department.
• You implement the current data and AI strategy and actively develop it further. In doing so, you take into account customer needs, market developments and the strategic goals of AXA.
• Together with your team, you provide the technical foundations for the P&C data products and support the teams in implementation. In doing so, you work closely with various stakeholders from Pricing, Controlling, specialist departments, Risk and IT.
• You take the lead in Data & Analytics initiatives/projects in the context of the Pricing & Controlling P&C sector and ensure implementation.
• With your team, you ensure know-how transfer, particularly in technical topics, and thus actively support employees in the AI transformation and efficiency increase.
• You lead by example, take on leadership and ensure long-term high performance and satisfaction in the team.

What you bring with you

• You are proactive, service-oriented and strong in communication. You can present complex contexts in a simple, understandable and target-group-oriented manner.
• You have a background in Data Engineering or Data Science and have at least 5 years of application experience. You constantly orient yourself towards new (technical) possibilities and develop yourself and your environment.
• You have strong conceptual, analytical and quantitative skills, as well as a quick grasp to be able to think your way into complex topics.
• You have experience in transformation and can take your environment on the journey and accompany it.
