To strengthen our team in Zürich, we are looking for a Customer & Operations Specialist. With us, you move more than just orders - as an interface between customers, suppliers, and internal contact persons, you ensure that our processes function smoothly and that our customers can count on a reliable service. You take responsibility for the entire customer order from the order through to purchasing to successful delivery and invoicing. As a central hub, you connect customers, suppliers, sales, purchasing, logistics, and quality assurance. You work with our logistics partners to ensure that international flows of goods are processed smoothly, on time, and in compliance with the law. You ensure the availability of important product, quality, and compliance documentation and support our customers. Through your proactive actions, you continuously improve processes, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
