Your tasks ## What to expect #### • Collaboration as Product Owner in the Value Hub Insurance CORE and responsibility for the Solution Stream Commission • Leading and shaping the assigned products in terms of quality and further development • Customer contact from product to market in the end-to-end process; thereby, the relevant customer needs and market developments must be recognized and escalations to the product must be processed • Preparation, management and prioritization of the product backlog; planning of activities in line with the medium- and long-term plan of the organization as well as coordination with customers on the scope • Definition and monitoring of KPIs for evaluating product success • Ensuring timely and budget-compliant implementations through close coordination with the teams and continuous monitoring within the framework of the PI Your skills ## What you bring technically #### • Experience as Product Owner, ideally with practical know-how in working in a SaFe-Scaled Agile Framework • In-depth insurance knowledge in the product and compensation area, knowledge of the industry software Syrius is an advantage • Experience in requirement definition and collaboration with software suppliers and development teams • Education or further training in business administration, business informatics or similar • Structured and independent working method and motivation to work with agile working methods (experience/certification SAFe desirable) and to shape changes What makes you personally #### • High degree of initiative, willingness to take responsibility and flexibility • Ability to work with different stakeholders from business and IT • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as high organizational competence • Stage-appropriate communication and assertiveness towards business customers as well as in contact with internal/external IT specialists and suppliers Your benefits ## The compatibility of profession and private life as well as the health of our employees are important to us.
