Negotiator Within our team dedicated to negotiating LAMal and LCA conventions with healthcare providers, you occupy a key role by driving daily exchanges with our partners, service providers, and health establishments. Your objective? To obtain balanced and sustainable agreements, respecting the legal framework and economic stakes, while ensuring the preservation of a relationship of trust with our interlocutors. Thanks to your expertise, you contribute directly to optimizing costs and guaranteeing fair and coherent solutions for our insured persons. What you do on a daily basis You are responsible for negotiations and contracting with healthcare providers in the dedicated cantons and/or regions. In this capacity, you lead tariff negotiations as well as those concerning conventional texts and you represent Assura within commissions and working groups of umbrella organizations, by actively contributing to the evolutions of the sectoral framework. You also ensure the proper implementation of contractual provisions and analyze the development of services from establishments. In parallel, you act as a contact and liaison person between the establishments and our benefits department, facilitating exchanges for efficient collaboration. Furthermore, you participate in the internal development of invoice control by sharing your expertise and involve yourself proactively in internal projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and practices. What you bring to the team Holder of a degree in economics, law, political science, or the health field (university or university of applied sciences), you benefit from at least 5 years of experience in the field of contract management, ideally acquired with an insurer, a healthcare provider, or a cantonal authority. You have an excellent mastery of the legal, political, and financial framework of the Swiss health system, in particular LAMal and LCA, as well as good knowledge of the medical and hospital environment. Comfortable in data analysis and conducting negotiations, you possess a developed ability for synthesis as well as a good capacity to arbitrate choices. You distinguish yourself by your proactivity and your ability to effectively represent the organization to external partners, including in complex contexts. Endowed with an excellent sense of contact, you maintain quality professional relationships and work with autonomy and rigor. Your ability to defend your positions and your mastery of French and German complete your profile and allow you to evolve with ease in a demanding and collaborative environment.
