After thorough induction, you will lead group therapies and accompany patients through the structured therapy process. As a nursing specialist, you design the daily program, observe and analyze group dynamics, and document the course of treatment in our hospital information system. In your varied daily work, you encounter the entire spectrum of psychiatric clinical pictures and work closely with our treatment team consisting of medicine, psychology, nursing, and therapy. At our location in Uznach, you actively participate in reports, case discussions, and further training, and maintain constant exchange with other practitioners. Together with your colleagues, you are involved in public relations and represent the psychiatry professionally and sympathetically to the outside world. Your Profile You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and ideally have already gained professional experience in psychiatry (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check for foreign diplomas required).
