Tasks

• Independent shift management
• Leading and promoting employees
• Shift planning, ordering, inventory and invoice processing
• Administrative work, email correspondence, cash register system
• Advising and serving guests, assisting in daily business
• Responsible for hygiene and cleanliness according to HACCP standards

Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy
• Good German skills, other languages an advantage
• Initial leadership experience, service- and customer-oriented
• Positive charisma, friendly and motivated
• Team player, good organizational skills
• Flexible in terms of time and mobile (evening and weekend shifts)
• High affinity for fresh and high-quality products
