We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a recognized player in the construction sector in French-speaking Switzerland.

As part of its development, our client is looking for an experienced and autonomous Human Resources Manager, capable of supporting teams and structuring the HR function.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR activities in direct link with management.
• Ensure administrative personnel management: contracts, salaries, social insurance, statements and certificates.
• Manage recruitment, integration and follow-up of employees.
• Ensure the monitoring of work permits and relations with the competent authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and the collective agreements applicable to the construction sector.
• Implement and optimize HR processes: annual evaluations, training plans, absence management and personnel regulations.
• Advise operational managers on all questions related to human resources.
• Ensure the monitoring of sickness, accident and reintegration situations in collaboration with the relevant insurance companies.

Profile

Proven experience of at least three years in a generalist HR function.
Excellent mastery of Swiss labor law and social insurance.
Experience in the construction or building sector is a real asset.
Knowledge of collective agreements in the construction sector is appreciated.
Mastery of a payroll management software (Crésus or equivalent).
Autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality.
French native language or C1/C2 level.
Residency in French-speaking Switzerland (Vaud or neighboring cantons).
