HR Manager 50-60% For our client, a successful and internationally active industrial company in the Lake Zurich area, we are looking for a committed and independent personality as HR Manager (50–60%). In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle and will be the central contact person for employees and managers in all HR matters. Payroll processing is ensured by the finance department. HR Manager 50-60% Your tasks: Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment to departure Recruitment of new employees including job advertisements, interviews and applicant management Advice and support for managers as well as employees in all HR matters Creation of employment contracts as well as maintenance of personnel files, job descriptions and organizational charts Organization and accompaniment of employee appraisals as well as coordination of training and further education Management of occupational health management (BGM) Support of the finance department regarding social insurances, absence management as well as SUVA and KTG cases Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements as well as further development of HR processes and personnel guidelines Communication with authorities and offices Responsibility for HR compliance, data protection and personnel-related documentation Your profile: Commercial basic training with further training as HR Specialist with federal diploma (eidg.
