For our Change & Transformation area, we are looking for a person who enjoys structuring technical ideas, understanding customer needs and designing effective solutions together with Business, IT and agile teams.

You do not have to meet every criterion 100 percent. If you bring experience in product work, business analysis, agile methods or technical coordination and want to develop further, we look forward to your application.

What you can achieve with us ##

• Creating product understanding and orientation

You understand the product goals, contribute customer needs and help to make the product vision, strategy and roadmap understandable

• Structuring "features" (functionalities)

You formulate and structure so-called "features" so that Business, IT and agile teams develop a common understanding

• Accompanying backlog and prioritization

You maintain the ART backlog in terms of content, prepare topics for PI planning and support prioritization with clear decision-making bases

• Contributing customer and market perspectives

You collect feedback from customers, users and stakeholders, analyze processes as well as market and competitive developments and derive improvements from them

• Making quality and impact visible

You define meaningful key figures together with relevant stakeholders and help to keep functional and non-functional requirements in mind

• Promoting collaboration in the Agile Release Train

You work closely with Business Owners, System Architects, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners and teams and promote transparent communication in the ART

What you bring with you ##

This is important

• Enjoyment in explaining complex topics simply and developing solutions together with different stakeholders
• A structured way of working and the ability to make priorities visible
• Experience with agile working methods, for example Scrum, SAFe or Kanban
• Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, requirements engineering or a comparable role
• Very good German skills and good English skills

This is a plus

• SAFe certification or interest in developing yourself in the SAFe framework

Experience with Jira, Confluence or Miro

• Basic understanding of software development or IT architecture
• Experience in technical leadership or coordination of interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in the financing, leasing or mobility environment
