You coach and accompany our Abacus Consultants professionally and methodically in projects, assignments, and customer support.
You support quality assurance and contribute to ensuring our high quality standards.
You ensure basic training in the field of Abacus software for new employees.
You independently further develop training programs, learning paths, and training concepts.
You plan and lead internal courses and training sessions and are responsible for our internal course program.
You attend Abacus events and prepare new information for our employees.
You present the Abacus software at sales events, information occasions, or webinars.
What you bring with you:
The role as Teacher imperatively requires several years of Abacus experience in the Finance, Payroll, and HR applications at an Abacus distribution partner.
Demonstrable experience in the successful implementation of projects or assignments as well as in customer support.
Enthusiasm for the education and further training of employees as well as initial experience as a coach is an advantage.
You bring a pronounced sense for different learning needs as well as the ability to promote employees individually.
You are open, strong in communication, and value personal exchange. You also find solutions in demanding situations.
