As City Manager for our locations Bern City, Bern Wankdorf and Biel, you will work with your team to ensure smooth operations. You actively support daily business, are regularly on-site and ensure that our customers experience first-class service.

• Create customer experiences and promote sales: You ensure that our customers receive professional, personal and uncomplicated service. Together with your team, you use sales opportunities, promote cross- and upselling and contribute actively to achieving the company goals
• Successfully develop locations: You keep an overview of key figures, resources and processes and derive the right measures for the successful development of your locations. You work closely with internal partners and external agencies and contribute ideas to continuously improve processes, customer experiences and results.

What you bring with you ##

• Bring experience & flexibility: You have completed vocational training as well as experience in a service-oriented function. Initial leadership experience as well as the willingness to be present at different locations round off your profile
• Lead & motivate people: You enjoy accompanying and supporting employees in everyday work and achieving success together. With your positive manner, you create a motivating work environment
• Live customer orientation & service quality: You enjoy direct contact with customers. With your service-oriented manner, you ensure a positive customer experience
