Your mission :

You apply national and international food law requirements to our entire product portfolio

You take charge of the creation and maintenance of declaration data and product specifications

You support the approval of printing data for packaging materials and labels

You manage item data, from raw materials to finished products

You approve raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring compliance from the start

You qualify suppliers, conduct audits, manage co-manufacturers, and ensure quality as well as food safety standards

You support the sales department in customer inquiries, requirements, and contracts, ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction

You respond to internal and external questions regarding subjects related to food law

You manage product-specific certifications such as the V-Label

You act as the food fraud manager at Planted, ensuring vigilance throughout our entire supply chain

You :

Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in food science or a comparable discipline

Bring 3 to 6 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in quality management and/or regulatory affairs

Offer proven expertise in item data management, declaration creation, and specification management

Communicate fluently in English, German would be a plus; knowledge of other languages (e.g., French, Italian) is an asset

Work with precision, appreciate teamwork, and thrive in autonomous roles

Bring a structured, pragmatic, and future-oriented approach with an enthusiasm for daily and occasional support across the organization.

Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage AI to significantly increase personal productivity.
