• Engagement in the External Ecosystem: Establish trust partnerships in the healthcare ecosystem, including hematology experts, academic networks, transplantation and CAR-T centers, as well as patient organizations to accelerate appropriate care.
• Preparation for CAR-T and Advanced Therapies: Provide strategic leadership for CAR-T and advanced therapies, covering launch preparation, reference pathways, treatment center preparation, and navigation of the broader cellular therapy ecosystem.
• Interfunctional Alignment: Collaborate with interfunctional colleagues to ensure integrated planning and aligned execution across medical, commercial, market access, and regulatory interfaces.
• System Transformation: Establish high-value, close partnerships in a highly specialized external landscape. Identify and drive opportunities to improve diagnosis, reference pathways, care coordination, and access for patients in Switzerland, creating clarity, focus, and accountability in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements as well as local and global policies and guidelines of AstraZeneca.
