What this role really is The title is Deputy Nursing Management. In reality, however, the role is larger than the title. You will become part of the core team that is building this organization. You will work directly in nursing, help shape processes, and contribute to how JCare develops day by day. You will work closely with the Nursing Management and the Executive Management, not as a remote level of the organization, but as a real partner. Your professional assessment counts. Your tasks Professional nursing and care of clients and their families Conducting needs assessments with interRAI HC Participation in care planning and the further development of nursing standards Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation Guidance and support of caring relatives Coordination with doctors, insurance companies, and other partners in the healthcare system Active co-design of processes, quality, and internal structures Assumption of defined deputy tasks and initial leadership responsibility Support in the induction and professional development of employees What you bring with you Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF, FH or an equivalently recognized qualification At least two years of professional experience in nursing At least one year of experience in a Spitex organization Practical experience with interRAI HC Confidence in care planning, documentation, and coordination A self-reliant, structured, and proactive way of working The willingness to take on responsibility, make decisions, and take the lead when necessary German language skills at level B2 to C1 Initial leadership experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. Crucially, you want to contribute, develop yourself, and build something meaningful together with us.
