HR Generalist 100% (m/f/d)

at the location in Rüti bei Büren

Your tasks:

• Active role in the entire recruitment process; support and advice to line managers as well as participation in job interviews in the respective area of responsibility and in location-specific areas throughout Switzerland
• You act as a sparring partner and support employees as well as line managers in all core processes. The competent, goal-oriented advice and support of line managers and employees regarding operational business and/or issues is a core task
• Implementation of contemporary case management, with the associated consulting and coordination tasks up to the implementation of measures, involving the respective partners as well as personnel law aspects
• Participation in the management and further development of ongoing HR processes, situational participation in HR-specific projects as well as involvement in the area of apprenticeships

You bring with you:

• Commercial basic training with completed further training as an HR specialist
• Professional experience in a comparable function, with supported specialist knowledge as well as basic knowledge of labor law issues are desired
• Native language French or German with very good knowledge of the other official language are desired
• Good user knowledge of the common MS Office suite and an affinity for "social media topics" as well as Abacus is an advantage
• Proactive and pragmatic approach with a service-oriented basic attitude. In addition, you have a high degree of independence, commitment and solution orientation as well as high consulting competence
• Your communication skills are pronounced and you have good organizational skills. Flexibility, teamwork, enjoyment in dealing with external and internal stakeholders. Reliability and an exact way of working round off your profile
