The Netzwerk Schoenfels offers a comprehensive range of services for children, adolescents, and young adults of all genders aged 6 to 22 from all over Switzerland who are temporarily or long-term dependent on special support. This includes three residential groups, two school offerings, and supervised living forms for young adults at the Interlaken/Unterseen location, as well as a network of partner families in Switzerland and France.

To further build our new team in the Casita residential group, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a:

Social Pedagogue or Childcare Specialist ##

The Casita residential group has 5 residential places for children between the ages of 8 and 14.

What you bring with you: ###

• Completed training as a Social Pedagogue or Childcare Specialist
• High level of empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Team spirit as well as open, clear, and appreciative communication
• Creativity and genuine joy in pedagogical work with children
• A stable, resilient personality that remains calm and professional even in challenging situations
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours

Your tasks: ###

• Care and pedagogical promotion of children aged 8 to 14
• Planning, organization, and implementation of activities, projects, and group events
• Individual guidance and support of the children in their personal and social development
• Documentation of development processes and relevant observations
• Active collaboration in the team as well as participation in team meetings and professional exchange
