As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will play a key role by being the main point of contact between AXA in Winterthur and the Lausanne foundation. You will actively contribute to professionalizing the collaboration and developing our collective foundation management business in French-speaking Switzerland.   AXA is the leader in Switzerland in the field of pension schemes. Your goal: to allow them to enjoy life with total peace of mind.     What awaits you • Coordinate all interactions between AXA and the foundation to ensure fluid and professional communication. • Be the preferred contact for the foundation's management and board members. • Maintain regular dialogue with the foundation's management, various internal teams, asset management, and sectoral management. • Participate in the preparation and coordination of documents for board meetings, including quality control, ensuring their clarity and simplicity. • Assist during board meetings, taking charge of certain agenda items as needed.   What you bring • Higher education in economics, finance, or a similar field, ideally supplemented by a Federal Diploma of Pension Fund Manager or equivalent. • Several years of experience in the field of occupational pension schemes and in strategic client management. • Excellent communication skills, high interpersonal ease, as well as the ability to explain complex subjects clearly and adaptively to each interlocutor. • Structured and precise working method with a strong demand for quality. • Integrity, exemplary reliability, and an absolute sense of confidentiality in managing sensitive information. • Strategic analytical spirit and the ability to design and defend convincing global solutions. • Strong commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure. • Perfect mastery of French (native language) and good German skills.   What we offer you We are convinced that satisfied employees achieve better performance.
