We offer a fair salary which, depending on experience and skills, evolves between CHF 63’000 and CHF 73’000 per year (100% occupancy rate). Promising applications are welcome even if skills differ from the position; in this case, the salary may be slightly lower or higher than the range.

Training and development

• You enjoy customer contact, work autonomously, and show flexibility to intervene in other branches when the situation requires it.
• You sell all postal and non-postal brand items, such as regional products or the various offers in the telecommunications field.
• You also actively advise our clientele regarding services in different sectors, such as for example health insurance funds, insurance, and banks.
• Within your team, you have the possibility to assume responsibilities within the framework of different roles and, thus, to pursue your personal development.
• If you have never worked in a branch of la Poste before, we will take care of preparing you! During our four-month "on the job" training, you prepare optimally for your new role as a customer advisor. During this period, your occupancy rate is 80% and, once you have obtained your diploma, you work part-time as you wish. What you bring.

• Your innate sense of sales and your open and sociable character allow you to actively seek exchange with our clientele.
• You have basic training in retail or sales.
• Of an affable and autonomous nature, you are comfortable in all kinds of situations.
• You master digital tools and use common MS Office programs with ease.
• To provide competent advice, you must have an excellent command of French. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
