Senior Business Analyst Investment Consulting (w/m/d) The "Consulting & Customer Management" department creates the conditions for customer-oriented and consistent consulting and support processes and at the same time supports the observance of regulatory provisions in investment consulting and in the distribution of investment solutions and products. To strengthen the "Wealth Consulting & Suitability" team with locations in St. Gallen and/or Zurich Airport (The Circle) as well as the possibility of working from home, we are looking for a solution-oriented, responsible and committed person as Senior Business Analyst for investment consulting (w/m/d). Analysis, determination, validation and structuring of system-wide requirements (Requirements Engineering) for the further development of investment consulting processes in the consulting systems Conception and specification of technical solutions for investment processes as well as accompanying the implementation incl. testing (system and acceptance tests) Assumption of a central interface function between the department, IT and other stakeholders as Lead Business Analyst and representation of the Product Owner in operation and further development of the consulting system landscape Collaboration and co-design of strategic projects with a focus on investment consulting and taking into account regulatory requirements (Investment Suitability) as well as cooperation in cross-departmental working groups What do you bring? Completed higher education or further training in business administration, business informatics or comparable training (uni, FH, HF) Several years of experience in the banking environment, preferably in business analysis, as Product Owner or in product management In-depth knowledge of the investment business as well as in the area of Investment Suitability (FIDLEG) Strongly developed analytical and conceptual skills as well as quick comprehension Committed, independent and solution-oriented personality with high team orientation and pleasure in dealing with different stakeholders Very good German language skills are required We offer flexible working models The work-life balance of our employees is important to us.
