Attached to l-Ordre judiciaire vaudois, the Tribunal des mineurs investigates offenses committed by minors and pronounces sentences. It is also in charge of the execution of the sentence by the minor.

In order to complete the existing team, the Tribunal des mineurs, which employs nearly 50 magistrat·e·s and collaborateur·trice·s, is looking for a·n gestionnaire de dossiers.

Responsibilities ##

• Process mail from the registry and prepare various correspondence.
• Answer telephone calls and direct interlocutor·s.
• Constitute files, register and number documents.
• Establish various notices and letters.
• Ensure compliance with various deadlines.
• Close files and notify decisions.
• Maintain the hearing agenda, prepare and send summons.

Qualifications ##

• CFC d'employé·e de commerce, or any title deemed equivalent
• Interest in the criminal field
• Sense of public service and resistance to stress
• Good writing skills and excellent spelling, autonomous work under the responsibility of the hierarchical manager
• Knowledge of usual IT tools, speed, rigor, precision and discretion

As part of the recruitment procedure, candidat·e·s will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record of less than 3 months.
