Department Manager Bakery Late Shift

Your tasks • Technical and organizational management of the late shift (13:00–22:00) • Pre-preparation and preparation of doughs as well as baking according to recipe • Ensuring production and quality standards during the shift • Coordination and guidance of the shift team • Responsibility for cleanliness, hygiene (HACCP), and order in the bakery • Goods ordering, incoming goods inspection, and warehousing • Contact person for employees during the late shift • Handover to the night shift or completion of the late shift • Shift planning for a team of approx. 3 employees Your qualifications • Completed training as a baker or pastry chef, ideally with initial leadership experience • Professional experience in bakery production • Organizational talent, high quality mindset, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills • Resilience and flexibility, especially for evening work • Friendly, customer-oriented appearance Your benefits • Regular working hours from 13:00–22:00 • Working days Mo-Fr • A motivated and collegial team • Attractive compensation, adapted to experience and qualification • Further training opportunities and employee discounts • A secure workplace in a traditional craft business • 13th month's salary • Health bonus Interested?
