Your main missions and tasks :

• Ensure the manufacturing and packaging of dairy products (yogurt, milk and butter)
• Prepare, set up and operate automated production installations
• Follow manufacturing processes and respect recipes and production parameters
• Perform controls and guarantee compliance with quality, hygiene and food safety standards
• Identify anomalies and perform first-level interventions
• Ensure the follow-up of manufacturing orders and schedules
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of the installations
• Collaborate with different sectors, the technical service, the laboratory and logistics

Your profile :

• CFC as a food technologist, ideally with an orientation or experience in the dairy field
• Experience in food manufacturing and the operation of automated production installations
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes as well as hygiene, quality and food safety requirements
• Ease with technical equipment and interest in production processes
• Ability to identify anomalies and to intervene autonomously within your field of competence
• Team spirit and ease of collaborating with different sectors and services
• Rigorous, responsible, versatile and flexible person
• Ability to work autonomously while respecting production procedures and standards
