Job description Set up job subscription   DevSecOps Engineer for AWS Cloud Platform (f/m/d) # IT / Bern / Experienced / Permanent/ 40% - 100% What awaits you ## In this role, you will help build our AWS Cloud Platform and operate it reliably, securely, and compliantly. In an agile environment, you will design our AWS Multi-Organization/Multi-Account environment, automate infrastructure deployments and security controls, and ensure robust cloud governance. What you will achieve with us ##   In this position, you are responsible for the operation and further development of our AWS Cloud Platform with a focus on security, governance, and stability. You ensure that the environment is operated in a robust, scalable, and compliant manner and continuously adapt it to new requirements and best practices.   A key focus is on the design and implementation of Identity & Access Management as well as the structuring of AWS Organizations with multi-account setup and landing zone. To this end, you define and maintain guardrails such as Service Control Policies and Resource Control Policies. Additionally, you establish central audit, compliance, and threat detection solutions with services such as CloudTrail, AWS Config, and GuardDuty.   Furthermore, you build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and AWS CodePipeline as well as Infrastructure as Code with Terraform. You integrate Policy as Code and automated security and compliance checks. Together with the platform and product teams, you anchor Zero Trust principles as well as "Security by Design" and "Shift Left" early in the development and operation process. What you bring with you ## • Several years of experience in the operation and governance of AWS environments • Very good knowledge of AWS IAM Identity Center, AWS Organizations, multi-account setups, and central AWS services • Sound know-how in CI/CD (GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline), Ansible, and Terraform • Experience with Zero Trust, cloud security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI C5, CIS Benchmarks) • Analytical, structured, and implementation-oriented way of working as well as a high affinity for automation • Communicative and open-minded personality with the ability to motivate others and inspire them for topics • Fluent German skills, good English skills an advantage Work with us ## An exciting environment awaits you in our Agile organization in the SC Fundamenta.
