As a Clerk Occupational Pension Scheme (BVG) in CRM Services, you will strengthen the Life, Customer & Distribution Management CLP business unit at Zurich Schweiz in the Customer Relationship Management & Romandie, CRM Services team and make an important contribution to our mutual success. In this role, you are the central contact person for our customers as well as external partners regarding occupational pensions. You advise and support them on all questions regarding occupational pensions and make complex topics understandable. Together with your dynamic, multilingual team in Oerlikon, you look after your customers throughout the entire life cycle of their contracts and ensure high service quality. What awaits you * You manage the BVG large corporate clients assigned to you in the collective foundation business directly and personally - comprehensively throughout the entire life cycle of the contract. * You process contract mutations (new business, takeovers, plan changes, etc.) as well as mutations of beneficiaries (entry, exit, divorce, home ownership, etc.). * You actively support sales and distribution units such as Customer Relationship Managers, brokers, and agencies with technical questions. * You coordinate with other teams in the Collective Life specialist department as well as other internal departments such as IT, financial accounting, benefits service, and legal service, so that processes function smoothly for our customers.
