Tasks Assistance & Food Transport: Professional serving and carrying of food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to the table, active support of the Chefs de Rang as well as rapid clearing and resetting of the tables. Mise en Place & Station Maintenance: Thorough preparation of the service stations (polishing of cutlery and glasses, stocking of side stations) as well as the continuous assurance of cleanliness and order in the guest area. Attentive Guest Service: Active execution of the bread and water service, accommodating fulfillment of smaller guest requests as well as the rapid forwarding of special wishes to the station management. Requirements Training & initial experience: Completed training in the hotel or restaurant sector or initial sound practical experience in upscale hospitality or fine-dining gastronomy. Motivation & Resilience: Strong willingness to learn and develop, quick and proactive hands-on mentality as well as high endurance and orientation in rapid service processes. Appearance & Language Skills: Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners; good language skills in German and English (at least B1/B2); Italian is of very great advantage for internal team communication in the Engadin.
